After researching all long term care facilities in the area, Charles made the decision to move into the Sheltered Care section of the Mendota Lutheran Home and has lived with us for the past two years.

     “I researched all nursing homes in the area before I made my decision.  At each facility I spoke to individuals who lived there and visited each one.  I chose Mendota Lutheran Home primarily due to the cleanliness and the different levels of care offered.   I reside in Sheltered Care and have my own suite with many of my personal belongings.  I retain my vehicle and leave the facility when I want.  I spend time watching movies on my large screen television and working on my two computers.”

     “I consider living here better than home.  The services I receive here I couldn’t possibly afford if I was living in my own home.  The staff is far and above better than anywhere else.  They are very efficient and responsive to requests.  As soon as a problem arises it is handled immediately.  I would most definitely recommend this facility to others.”
